At Cobalt, community involvement is more than a one-time event. It’s part of our culture.

Through our Cobalt Cares initiative, employees are encouraged to support causes that matter to them and
make a positive impact in their local communities. Every employee receives one paid Service Day each year
to dedicate their time and talents to an eligible nonprofit organization of their choice.

In addition to individual volunteer opportunities, employees can participate in company-sponsored
community initiatives throughout the year, including food drives, charitable walks and runs, employee giving
campaigns, and other service projects that support organizations making a difference where we live and
work.

Whether volunteering at a local nonprofit, participating in a fundraising event, donating to a community
drive, or supporting a charitable cause, our employees continuously demonstrate the values of service,
compassion, and community.
