This year, employees and families across Cobalt are coming together to participate in the James W. Foley
Freedom Run, an event that supports the mission of the James W. Foley Legacy Foundation.

To encourage participation, Cobalt covered registration costs for employees and family members who
participate in the run both in person and virtually. Team members have also contributed nearly $300 in
donations, turning the event into more than just a race day experience.

What makes this initiative special is the opportunity it creates for employees and families to support a
meaningful cause together. Whether running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, participants are joining
a larger community united by a shared purpose.

The Freedom Run is a reminder that making an impact doesn’t always require grand gestures. Sometimes it
starts with showing up, taking part, and supporting something bigger than ourselves.
